Design and production:

• Injection valve forms

• Cutting and bending tools

• Measuring instruments and other tools and jigs

• Turning work, milling work

• Coordinate drilling and grinding

• Even, cylindrical and cone grinding

• EDM wire(die-sinking, wire cutting)

• Gauge, tool sharpening

• New tools assembling, finishing work, tool testing

In case of necessary we are able to provide vacuum hardening, thread grinding etc.

There are used the CAD/CAM systems EUCLID Drafter and Kovoprog for
design and construction of EDM machining part.

Design and production is done using the CAD/CAM system Solid Works and CATIA V5. We are able to process commonly used 2D and 3D formats. To support the design of forms, design has a simulation software, which is available for filling forms.
